Delete your account

You can delete your Looqate account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need to install the app to request this.

Request by email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Include that email in the message so we can find the right account. We will delete the personal data described below after we verify the request.

Delete in the app

If you can sign in, open the map, tap your profile, then Account & data → Delete account. That removes your account immediately.

What we delete

Your profile (name, email, role)
Sessions and linked sign-in providers (Apple, Google, email)
Your ratings, including problem reports
Saved map filters

What we keep

Public map contributions (toilet listings and attribute suggestions) stay on the Service without your identity so the map remains useful for others. See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.
